SERVICES
HOME STAGING CONSULTATION
Together with the homeowner, I'll walk through the whole home and provide professional advice on how to have each area of the home ready and showing at its highest potential before listing. During this time I'll assist in restyling areas of the home using existing decor and make recommendations on what to add/remove. Following the consultation, a custom Staging Summary Guide will be provided.
Consultation duration up to 2 hrs.
$375 + gst
OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
Are you selling a home that could use a little help in the decor department? In this service I'll assist by bringing items from my decor inventory and styling your home to achieve that “Show Home” look prior to listing. Occupied home staging includes decor, textiles, artwork + lighting for main areas & the primary bedroom as well as delivery, professional home styling + take down.
A custom pre-staging “To-Do Guide” for the homeowners will be provided. (photos of the home required upon booking)

VACANT HOME STAGING
Are you selling a vacant home that is in need of some furniture and decor? Let us customize a home staging plan for you. Home staging plans include rental furniture, delivery, professional home styling + take down.
