HOME STAGING CONSULTATION
Together with the homeowner, I'll walk through the whole home and provide professional advice on how to have each area of the home ready and showing at its highest potential before listing. During this time I'll assist in restyling areas of the home using existing decor and make recommendations on what to add/remove. Following the consultation, a written staging summary will be provided.
Consultation duration up to 2 hrs.

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
Are you selling a home that could use a little help in the decor department? In this service I will provide advice on how to have each area of the home ready and showing at its highest potential before listing. Once your pre-staging “to-do” list is complete I'll assist by bringing items from my decor inventory and styling your home to achieve that “Show Home” look. Together lets make your home stand out and spend less time on the market! Occupied home staging includes decor, delivery, professional home styling + take down.

AIRBNB STAGING CONSULTATION
Together we'll walk through the whole home and I'll provide professional advice on how to utilize each area of the home to it's maximum potential, so you can attract your ideal guests. During this time I'll assist by recommending furniture + decor layouts if the home is unfurnished. If the home is already furnished, I'll help by restyling areas using existing decor and make recommendations on what to add/remove. Following the consultation, a written staging summary will be provided.

MOVE-IN CONSULTATION
Are you moving into a new space and wanting some guidance on how to furnish and style it? Together we'll walk through the whole home and I'll provide recommendations + ideas on how to layout your furniture and style each area. If you've already started unpacking, great! I'll help by restyling areas using existing decor and make recommendations on what to add/remove. Following the consultation, a written styling summary of what we discussed will be provided.

E-DESIGN PACKAGE
Are you working on refreshing a space in your home, or moving into a new home with no idea where to start? In this virtual service you will be provided with a professionally curated selection of furniture + large decor items to bring your space to life! Included is a virtual consultation, visual design concept, furniture layout floorplan + all the links to each selection for you to purchase when you’re ready. The e-design package equips you with a full design concept for your space, but allows you to complete it at your own pace. Enjoy the convenience of knowing exactly what to buy and where to place it without having to set foot in a furniture store!
